Take care of your body with PMS, a class dedicated to pelvic floor health, core retraining, and total-body strength—no cardio required. Designed with menopause and postpartum health in mind, this class is perfect for managing symptoms like hot flashes and rebuilding strength after giving birth.
Enjoy a low-impact, supportive environment where you can focus on reconnecting with your body, improving stability, and feeling stronger at your own pace. This class is open to anyone 18+ with female reproductive organs.

resiliBOD
Get ready to move, sweat, and have fun in resiliBOD! This total-body fitness class is designed for all levels of fitness, combining functional movement, resistance training, and cardio to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence. With a mix of workout styles and some good ‘ol fashioned fun, you’ll leave feeling energized and accomplished.
This class is for anyone 18 and older looking to shake up their routine and enjoy a supportive, judgement-free fitness space.

resiliSTRONG
ResiliSTRONG is a welcoming, strength-based class designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to refine your strength, this class has you covered. Using a mix of functional and traditional exercises, you'll work on building strength from head to toe while improving balance, stability, and overall mobility.
All you need is a set of dumbbells (or even household items like canned goods!) and an exercise mat to get started. Join a supportive, inclusive space where women 18+ can feel empowered to move, build confidence, and challenge themselves at their own pace.
This session is 8-weeks. $55/person.

resiliSTRONG
