This total-body fitness class is designed for all levels of fitness, combining functional movement, resistance training, and cardio to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence. With a mix of workout styles and some good ‘ol fashioned fun, you’ll leave feeling energized and accomplished.
This class is for anyone 18 and older looking to shake up their routine and enjoy a supportive, judgement-free fitness space.
