About resiliFIT
resiliFIT Coaching was officially launched in March 2021. It was originally focused on virtual services until the world started to reopen later in 2021. That summer, NoodleFIT was born. Since then, resiliFIT has grown to offer in-person group fitness classes in Kings County, Nova Scotia.
Classes are currently offered in Kentville and Canning a few evenings a week, including Monday Movement and Total Body Tuesday. It will soon be offering a brand new class focused on pelvic floor and menopause fitness.
resiliFIT Coaching is all about meeting folks where they’re at, tapping into the joy of movement, and making exercise FUN! In other words - it’s about building resilience!
