Training Plans

A monthly training plan with 2-3 workouts per week, designed with your goals in mind. This option is best for someone with some fitness experience.

Personal Training

Virtual 1-on-1 personal training for general fitness goals, or specific to pre/post natal or menopause.
This package includes 12 weekly training sessions + 1-2 workout plans per week based on your goals.

Small Group Training

Training sessions for groups of up to 4 women. These sessions can be for general fitness, or for specific needs, such as pre/post natal and menopause. All session are held virtually.
This package includes 12 weekly training sessions + 1-2 workout plans per week based on your goals.

3 people: $600 per peson
4 people: $525 per person
