ResiliSTRONG is a welcoming, strength-based class designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to refine your strength, this class has you covered. Using a mix of functional and traditional exercises, you'll work on building strength from head to toe while improving balance, stability, and overall mobility.
All you need is a set of dumbbells (or even household items like canned goods!) and an exercise mat to get started. Join a supportive, inclusive space where women 18+ can feel empowered to move, build confidence, and challenge themselves at their own pace.
This class is 10-weeks. $65/person.
