Hello.
If you’ve found yourself here, I’m guessing you are either looking to get started on your fitness journey, or you’re looking for a new place to workout. Either way - welcome!
The idea behind resiliFIT is to get people active, while also reconnecting with nature. There are so many ways to get active, outside of being in a gym or even participating in those traditional group classes. Yes, I offer those, but as I grow, I hope to incorporate more outdoor elements to get you outside and moving!
When I’m not coaching fitness classes or personal training, I’m a climate change adaptation. This means, I consider the worst case scenarios and look for ways to lessen these impacts. And just like planning for the world down the road, planning for fitness works similarly. It’s about setting a goal, making a plan, and getting to work. The work is sometimes hard, but in the end, it’s worth it!
This blog space is where I hope to educate those who stop up on topics that are important to me, while also offering expertise for those looking to learn a little more. I hope you will check back each month for new thoughts, ideas and insights.
